Typically granite can be slightly more expensive than quartz however there’s not too much difference in price and can overlap. Granite is a natural stone so there is more costs involved in quarrying, cutting and transporting. Quartz is a man-made material so many of these costs are removed. The cost of granite depends on the rarity and pattern and the cost of quartz depends on the design and manufacturer. The cost varies massively from the lowest price quartz to the highest price quartz and the same with granite.
