Quartz and Granite are both low maintenance materials making them a suitable choice for your kitchen worktops. Quartz is naturally a non-porous surface stopping liquids from soaking through. Whereas Granite requires re-sealing every few years to maintain a non-porous surface. Both can be cleaned with warm, soapy water after use and we advise using trivets for hot plates and pans to avoid direct heat on both surfaces.
